ON THE ROADS OF RAJASTHAN

The state of Rajasthan is localised in the
North West part of India. It is a large state, sizing about two thirds of
France and it is a resume of India. If you never met the marvellous, we advise
you to do this trip. You’ll be sent in the dream world of the thousand and
one nights, with palaces, forts, fortresses and temples. The architectural
heritage of this state is really amazing. The main cities are harmoniously coloured:
Jaipur the Pink City, Udaipur the White City and Jodhpur the Blue City.
You’ll be amazed at the beauty of these colours and also by the shinny
colours of saris and dresses, which lighten the countryside of fields, rice
plantations and deserts. In Rajasthan, you can dream to be a maharajah
or a maharani. Up there, you will stay in palaces with royal suites. Mountains, countryside or the Thar desert:
landscapes change along with the kilometres done. Nature is wild. Fauna and
flora are amazing; let you tempt by a small trek in the jungle or by the
discovery of the many national parks.
As of
the first moments in India, only by saying Namaste, you will touch the heart
of this very friendly people.
After this fabulous trip, you shall not forget the kindness of people,
the smiles of children and their good heart. You will fall under the charm of the
Rajasthanis and from Indians in general. It should be said: Rajasthanis
people are physically beautiful, but most beautiful it is the smoothness of
